A shared design store and studio, Maquette brims with unusual, one of a kind, collected treasures. Born from the creative minds of two interior designers, Julie Goldman and Abby Wolf-Weiss longed to share a workspace and create community around the craft of interior design.
Here, in their jewel box of a store, Julie and Abby offer the personal pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Offering a stylish destination where Mid Century art pottery sits comfortably alongside Mexican folk art, vintage paintings commune gracefully with contemporary artisan tablewares and textiles.
Located between Hancock Park and Melrose Hill, the designers meet with clients, hold events, and connect with a community of other creative and design obsessed folk. Much like an artist’s maquette, Maquette’s ever changing inventory inspires you to go beyond the ordinary and transform your space into a unique reflection of your own personality and style.
